Botsville Builders: Terms
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms cover services from Botsville Builders (“we,” “us”). By asking for a proposal or signing an agreement with us, you agree to these Terms. If a signed agreement with you says something different, the signed agreement controls.
1. Who can hire us
You must be at least 18 and able to make agreements for yourself or your business. Our services are for businesses and other grown-ups (18+). They are not for children.
2. Quotes, proposals and scope
Our complimentary phone call and any written plan are for discussion only and are not a contract. Work starts only after we both sign a written agreement that sets the scope, timing and any price. Anything outside that scope needs a new written change that we both sign.
3. Your accounts
You own and control your own accounts, such as your domain, website host, email, social media and any AI or bot platform. You pay those providers directly under their own terms. You give us only the access we need, and you can remove it at any time. You are responsible for following each provider’s terms.
4. Bots and AI platforms: adults only
Some AI platforms we build on, including Grok Bot, allow only users who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher), and require the account holder to keep younger people from using them. If we build a bot for you on such a platform, you agree that only adults will use it, and that you will not let anyone under 18 use it or give it to them. You are responsible for checking the current terms of each platform you choose.
5. AI output has limits
We use AI tools to help make websites, articles, videos, books and bots. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You review and approve everything before it is published or sent, and nothing goes out without your yes. Bots and articles are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
6. Your materials
You promise that you have the right to give us the words, photos, logos, music and other materials you send, and that any photo of a person, including a child, has that person’s or a parent’s written OK. We use your materials only for your project.
7. Who owns the work
(a) Your deliverables. Once the conditions in your signed agreement are met, you own the custom content we make only for you, such as your website pages, articles and bot instructions, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-assisted work.
(b) Our characters and tools. The Botsville characters, names, art, voices, music, templates and our own know-how stay ours. If your project uses any of them, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them only in that project, as stated in your agreement.
(c) Third-party parts. Fonts, stock media, open-source code and platform features stay under their owners’ licenses.
(d) Our samples. Unless you say no in writing, we may list your project as an example without naming you. We won’t share your private information.
8. No guarantees
We don’t promise results such as traffic, search rankings, leads, sales or reviews. Prices we report from competitors’ public pages are as posted on the day we check, and may change.
9. Other companies’ services
Websites, AI platforms, phone, email and payment services are run by other companies under their own terms. They may change, limit or stop their services, and we aren’t responsible for that.
9a. Our training bot and how-to lessons
Our training bot and lessons teach adults how to make movies, games, short videos and quizzes for kids. They are for adults 18 and older only and are not for children to use. Lessons are AI-assisted and checked by a grown-up. They are general how-to information only. They don’t come with any promise of results, income or earnings, and no lesson, badge or note from us is an official credential, license or degree.
9b. If you publish content for kids
If you publish or share anything made for kids, such as videos, games, quizzes or a website, you are the publisher. You are responsible for the laws and platform rules that apply to you. These may include the FTC’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA, 16 CFR Part 312) if your site or service is directed to children under 13 and collects personal information, and YouTube’s requirement to set your audience (“Made for kids”) on each channel or video. We can point you to official sources, but we don’t give legal advice.
10. Privacy
Our privacy note explains what we collect when you contact us. If your project collects information from your own customers, such as through forms, you are responsible for your own privacy policy, and for following the law that applies to you.
11. Disclaimer
We provide our services and deliverables only as described in your signed agreement. We make no other promises about them except where the law requires.
12. Limit of liability
Any limit on what either side may owe the other will be set in your signed agreement.
13. Payment, deposits and refunds
We are not taking payments on this website. There is no checkout here, and nothing on this site charges you. Any price, deposit or refund terms will be set only in a written agreement that we both sign.
14. Ending work
Either side can stop talks at any time before an agreement is signed. You can remove our access to your accounts at any time (see section 3). How either side may end signed work, and what happens to access, files and work in progress, will be set in your signed agreement.
15. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, any dispute will be heard in Georgia.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect a signed agreement unless both sides agree in writing.

18. Notes about our services
Results such as traffic, leads or sales aren’t guaranteed. Every project starts with a written plan, which is not a contract; scope, timing and any price are set only in a signed agreement. Examples are our own projects unless we say otherwise. We aren’t lawyers, accountants or financial advisors. Made with AI tools and checked by a grown-up.
